Incubator 2.0 – for Next Gen

Startups

Our Services

Startups require good mentors and access to capital. At the ‘incubator 2.0’ we would like to address most of these requirements, give a start-up to choose what help they would require, and when, in their evolution to become successful.

Today, missing Technology skills provides the killer

edge for success. Most start-ups begin with a base

(Version 0) code, building a Minimum Viable Product

demo (MVP Version 1), and upon its success to go

live with their first production version (Version 2)

and beyond to scale and deploy. The technology

skills required to engage and deliver across the

various versions are different. Most of the help

required ranges from resource identification, team

building and motivation, project management, delivery

and coding excellence, UX and testing the products,

milestone planning, build, deploy and finally releasing

it live.

Execution Model

We will provide

  • A temporary fulfilment of this critical role within your organization on a contract basis, until a suitable full-time employee can be located, hired and trained to take over;

  • Provide a sounding board to the founders, for technology objective insights and advise.

  • Review your project regularly, together we focus and scope your project

  • Assist on a periodic basis, to update or revise your strategy and plans, and consult with you on a deal-specific basis, like team expansions, hiring, strategic investment or other business critical decision points.

  • We help the startup team build a minimum viable product and rapidly get it to market to test their hypotheses at minimum cost.
